What is the most valuable thing you learned in Project Business Plan?
The difficulties as a leader. Being a leader is much more challenging when we group with new people that we just barely get to know. We don’t really understand each other and it demand a lot of communication and interaction. We cannot expect them to understand us, because they don’t. Being a good leader is extremely tough because not only we must have good relationship with team members but also we must know how to play our role as leader in giving orders and dividing the works. A good leader is a leader that is being respected by his or her team members. However,people are not what we expect them to be. Not all our team members will follow our instructions. Sometimes, even they do their roles, it still cannot satisfy us because the outcomes that we get are not as what we anticipate.Nevertheless, that's how this world is. Whether you act as leader or just a member,it's still the same because if you are not a leader to others, you are still a leader to yourself.
