Why always think???
This week, what I learn is that we need to think far, think of many possibilities, think of opportunities and also think of alternatives. What to do if the thing you expected to be as a good thing but it suddenly turned out to be a bad thing. What other option that we should take? Don’t rely on other people to think for you but instead, you should think by yourselves.
Well, it is true that our business activity is different from other two groups. Due to that also we can’t collaborate with them. Don’t get me wrong, it doesn’t mean that we can’t have good relationship with them, but it’s just can’t work together. To tell the truth, it is quite sad. It looks like our group seems to be left behind.
Why is it we can’t get many customers? Are we lack in promotion? What should we do? Knock doors? Isn’t it embarrassing things to do? Are we daring enough to do so? Are we willing to put aside our shyness? What other option beside that?
At the beginning, we make many plans but every time faces new problems and need to change the plans. Try, not right? Try again. Not right again? Then try again, again and again until it is right. Think far, always find suitable solutions. Be cooperative; think the best for group, not the best for yourself. Many heads is better than one? Yeah, right. But when only all the heads are being used that is. Think a creative way but since many lazy to think, and not even attend meetings, we all stuck in this uncreative way of doing our business.
So, what should I learn this week again?
