Do we really understand??
Discussions make us understand each other better. Is that true? Or it will just make you understand them too much which will cause even more dislike? Why every time we have meeting, there’s no question from my team members? Is it I’m too scary to be asked? Or are they too shy? Or is it they don’t pay attention?
We talked about the positives and negatives of our group’s business activity. And I asked each one of them to give me at least one opinion. Well, being forced to do that, they all seemly can give opinions, unlike before. In a group, of course sometimes disagreement will occurs. Even in small group of 3persons, can occur that, of course it is even more in bigger group.
We start our business with a bad start. No cooperation. It’s too stress out. We only expect the positive results and blame on each other when the result is not as what we want. People don’t think things the same way as we do, even though they are expecting the same thing. That’s how humans are. If we all can think the same way, there’s no need for discussion or meeting, right?
One more thing, I realized that my group members sure are sharp. They understand people’s reaction. We all realized where we stand in the class. People think our idea is lame. Well, no need to deny it. We can see… But, never mind. That’s how this world works. We can’t force people, unless we have powers and money that is. Well, we just students, the money we have is from loan. Powers? What power do we have?
So, the thing left for us to do is just, prove them wrong. That’s it. But how? Think….
What I’m glad is, at least my team members did share a tiny bit of my stress. So, we can understand each other a little bit more this week.
